On 25 June 2026, Ambassador Krit Tankanarat met with Mr. Sebastián Mezquida Hernández, Regional Business Development Director of Minor Hotels, a leading Thai hotel and hospitality company, at Hotel NH Buenos Aires Crillón.

On this occasion, the Ambassador was briefed on the company’s business operations and investment plans in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. They also exchanged views on trends and the outlook of the hospitality industry in the region, as well as ways to strengthen cooperation in the future. The Royal Thai Embassy stands ready to support Thai private sector investment abroad, which plays an important role in promoting the presence of Thai businesses internationally.
