On 26 June 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires organized an online meeting between the Secretariat of the Governor of Bangkok, which oversees the “Traffy Fondue” platform, and the Secretariat of Administrative Innovation of the City Government of Buenos Aires, which manages the “BAX” super-app.

During the discussion, the Thai side highlighted the success of the “Traffy Fondue” platform as an efficient and transparent channel for reporting and resolving urban issues, driven by public participation and AI technology. Concurrently, the Argentine side shared their strategic development of the “BAX” super-app, which integrates public services, digital transactions, and a cultural events calendar into a single platform. Impressed by the platform’s capabilities, the Argentine side expressed a keen interest in adopting the key strengths of “Traffy Fondue”, particularly its urban management workflows and comprehensive data dashboards, to enhance Buenos Aires’ citizen complaint management system.

Both sides exchanged experiences and best practices in advancing Smart Government. They shared a common vision that the heart of digital transformation lies not merely in adopting advanced technology, but in ensuring that citizens can access public services with maximum convenience and efficiency.
