On 25 February 2025, Ambassador Krit Tankanarat visited the RA-10 nuclear research reactor facilities in Ezeiza, province of Buenos Aires and had a productive discussion with the representatives of the National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA) and INVAP.

The Ambassador received a briefing on Argentina’s development of advanced nuclear energy technologies and exchanged views on opportunities for collaboration between Thailand and Argentina on nuclear research reactor and Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology in support of Thailand’s pathways to clean energy transition future.
