On 1 July 2026, Ambassador Krit Tankanarat met with Mr. Sergio Drucaroff, Director of the Chamber of Foreign Commerce of Córdoba (CaCEC), together with members of CaCEC and representatives of the Industrial Union of Córdoba (UIC), at the CaCEC office in Córdoba Province.

The meeting aimed to jointly assess the latest state of trade relations between Thailand and Córdoba Province, both in terms of imports and exports. Both sides also exchanged information on market trends, current trade regulations, and opportunities to further expand economic cooperation.

They also discussed ways to address current trade challenges and to strengthen supply chain linkages in sectors of mutual potential and benefit, particularly the automotive industry and the animal feed industry, which correspond to the strengths of both Thailand and Córdoba Province.

The discussion marked another important step in promoting economic relations between Thailand and Córdoba Province and in exploring new opportunities to increase Thailand–Argentina trade value in the future.
