During the meeting, ACBA Ambassadors and Secretary Todesca Bocco exchanged views on the trade, economic, and bilateral relations of Argentina and ASEAN, and the current economic situation and outlook, including trade and export policies, for Argentina in 2023.

Ambassador Krit highlighted the complementary role the recent bilateral trade played in the global value chains. Argentina’s soybean, wheat and corn help support Thai local agro-industry and animal husbandry, while Thailand has supplied automotive parts to support Argentina’s automotive industry which help create domestic employment and economic growth.
