The revision of Thailand’s visa exemption and VoA schemes 2026 for ordinary passports

Effective from 15 September 2026

Argentina: Ordinary passport holders of Argentina are exempt from visa requirements for stays up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes under the bilateral Agreement on Visa Exemption.

Paraguay and Uruguay: Ordinary passport holders of Paraguay and Uruguay are required to apply for an e-Visa at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ prior to entry into Thailand.
