ACBA, the acronym for ASEAN Committee in Buenos Aires, was created by five resident ASEAN Embassies in Buenos Aires, namely, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. It plays a crucial role in facilitating the promotion of ASEAN interest and identity and to fortify relations and cooperation with all the sectors of Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
