On 23 July 2026, Ambassador Krit Tankanarat attended the “Hola Tailandia” seminar, organized in collaboration with the Paraguayan Association of Travel Agencies and Tourism Enterprises (Asociación Paraguaya de Agencias de Viajes y Empresas de Turismo: ASATUR). The seminar aimed to provide information and showcase Thailand’s tourism potential to tourism operators in Paraguay, while promoting opportunities to build networks and cooperation between the tourism sectors of Thailand and Paraguay.

The event served as an important opportunity to present Thailand as a diverse tourism destination, offering rich culture, natural beauty, renowned cuisine, and unique travel experiences to the Paraguayan market. Furthermore, it provided an opportunity for Paraguayan tourism operators to receive updated information on travel measures, details on tourist destinations, as well as Thailand’s new tourism promotion activities.
