The Royal Thai Embassy, in collaboration with the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía (IAG), Argentina’s leading culinary institute, has organized a series of online Thai cooking classes aimed at strengthening people-to-people ties through Thai gastronomy diplomacy. The event attracted approximately 100 participants. The initiative will continue to showcase various popular Thai dishes and traditional desserts, including Som Tum (Papaya Salad), Tom Yum Goong (Spicy Shrimp Soup), Kluay Buat Chi (Bananas in Sweet Coconut Milk) and Thapthim Krob (Crispy Rubies), among many others.
