On 15 June 2026, Ambassador Krit Tankanarat delivered the opening remarks at the online seminar “Tailandia Secreta”, organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Buenos Aires in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Los Angeles Office. The seminar was attended by tourism operators from Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

The seminar aimed to enhance the image of Thailand as a tourism destination and encourage travel from Latin America to Thailand. It highlighted new destinations and diverse tourism experiences in Thailand, including Nan, Trat, Surat Thani, Kanchanaburi, cruise tourism, and travel experiences aboard The Blue Jasmine Train.
